Return Policy
At Goats With Lasers, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made items that celebrate agriculture, livestock, and rural living. Because most of our products are personalized or made-to-order, please read the following return policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order items, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has begun. This includes any items with personalization (names, dates, images, or other custom text) or items made specifically to your request.
However, if there is an error on our part (such as a spelling mistake that does not match your submitted order, incorrect item, or damage during shipping), we will happily offer a replacement or store credit.
Non-Custom Items
If your order includes non-customized or ready-to-ship products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return, please contact us at rich@goatswithlasers.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
