Welcome to Goats with Lasers! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Goats With Lasers which is part of Echo Ridge Farms (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The Services are powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

2. Custom Products and Descriptions

Many of our products are handmade or custom-designed. While we do our best to represent each item accurately:

  • Colors and textures may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

Important: Because many items are made-to-order, orders cannot be modified or canceled after production begins.

You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you using the contact details you provided.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Keep your payment information up to date.
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

Promotions may be limited-time offers and subject to separate terms.

5. Shipping and Risk

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after shipment

17. Tax Exemptions

Goats With Lasers is required by law to collect applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to states where we have a tax obligation, unless a valid exemption certificate is provided and approved prior to purchase.

If you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing (e.g., agricultural exemption, resale, nonprofit), you must:

  1. Create a customer account on our website.
  2. Submit a valid exemption certificate via email to rich@goatswithlasers.com.
  3. Wait for confirmation of approval before placing your order so we have time to mark your account as tax-exempt.

Once approved, your customer profile will be marked as tax-exempt. Orders placed prior to exemption approval are not eligible for a sales tax refund.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke tax-exempt status if documentation is incomplete, expired, or invalid. All exemption certificates must be kept current and comply with applicable state tax laws.
